Choose which users can edit a form and see the responses

Only admins can set permissions for a form.

To make sure you have the right people working on a form, you can allow or deny certain users access.

  1. Open a form from Forms.

  2. Go to Settings > Permissions.

  3. Open Which authors can edit this form? or Which reporters can view responses for this form?

  4. Choose to allow All or None.

  5. Set exceptions to this rule by searching for yourself and other authors or reporters. Admin users can be added to this list as well. Check out About authors, reporters, admins and account owners for more info.

  6. Select a user and press Add.

  7. Save your form.

Visit Manage users to learn more about managing users' roles.
