Embedding your OpenForm on an external website allows users to complete and submit the form without navigating away from the webpage they’re on. You can embed a draft form to test it or embed it once it’s published.
While embedded forms should display in the content of the webpage, in some scenarios the webpage won’t allow the form to be fully displayed. In these cases, users will instead see a link to open the form on a separate page.
To embed a form:
- Go to your form Settings > Print and embed.
- Copy the HTML embed code under Copy a link to your form or embed it in your site. This code will remain the same for all form versions.
- Paste the code into the HTML editor of your webpage.
- Save and test your webpage to ensure the form is displaying and working correctly.
