About the Review Center

Enterprise plans only. This task is for Reviewers.

Any responses to a form with a workflow are processed in the Review center. Reviewers can go to Review in the main menu to review and action individual responses.

Reviewers can see how many responses are waiting in the review center by looking at the number next to Review in the main menu. The review center contains the list of responses awaiting review that are assigned to the Reviewer browsing the review center.

There are three tabs in the Review center: 

  • Awaiting review
  • Awaiting resubmission
  • Actioned

Awaiting Review 

Waiting responses are listed in the Awaiting review tab, and Reviewers can:

  • See unread responses in bold text.
  • Select a response to view the details.
  • Search for a response or filter by how long the response has been in the step, submission date, or to those for which a reminder has been sent.
  • Select a column heading to reorder the responses according to Receipt number, Form name, Workflow step, and how long it has been Waiting for.
  • See which responses have triggered reminder notifications. A response that has triggered a reminder will have a bell icon in the Waiting for column.

If you are not receiving reminder notifications, please ensure you have whitelisted OpenForms in your email client.

Awaiting Resubmission 

If your workflow allows Reviewers to request resubmission, the responses are listed in the Awaiting resubmission tab while waiting for the respondent to edit and resubmit it. Reviewers can:

  • Search for a response or filter by how long they have been Awaiting resubmission for.
  • Select the column headings to reorder by Receipt number, Form name, Being viewed by, Workflow step, or how long it has been Waiting for.
  • Select a response to view the details and history of the response, or to recall the response if you no longer need the respondent to edit and resubmit.

Actioned 

Responses move to the Actioned tab after you review them. Reviewers can:

  • Search for a response or filter by the Date you actioned the response.
  • Select the column headings to reorder by Receipt number, Form name, or Current workflow step.
  • Select a response to view the details and history of the response, including any internal comments and office-use-only data added by subsequent reviewers.

You cannot adjust an action for a response once it has moved to the Actioned tab.
