About the Review Center

Enterprise plans only.

The Review center allows Reviewers to action responses and Admins to action forms. There are two sections in the Review center: 

Users can see how many responses or forms are waiting in the review center by looking at the number next to Review in the main menu.

There are three tabs in the Review center: 

  • Awaiting review
  • Awaiting resubmission - Responses only
  • Actioned

Awaiting Review

Forms

Forms that are waiting for approval before they are published are listed in Forms > Awaiting review. The list includes the Form/Workspace name, who it was Last edited by, any Notes the submitting Author included, and how many days the form has been Waiting for. Admins can:

  • Search for forms or workspaces.
  • Use the Awaiting publish for drop-down menu to filter the list to the most urgent forms.
  • Select a form to review it, make any edits, and then Publish or Decline it.

Responses

Waiting responses are listed in Responses > Awaiting review, and Reviewers can:

  • See unread responses in bold text.
  • Select a response to view the details.
  • Search for a response or filter by how long the response has been in the step, submission date, or to those for which a reminder has been sent.
  • Select a column heading to reorder the responses according to Receipt number, Form name, Workflow step, and how long it has been Waiting for.
  • See which responses have triggered reminder notifications. A response that has triggered a reminder will have a bell icon in the Waiting for column.

If you are not receiving reminder notifications, please ensure you have whitelisted OpenForms in your email client.

Awaiting Resubmission 

If your workflow allows Reviewers to request resubmission, the responses are listed in the Awaiting resubmission tab while waiting for the respondent to edit and resubmit it. Reviewers can:

  • Search for a response or filter by how long they have been Awaiting resubmission for.
  • Select the column headings to reorder by Receipt number, Form name, Being viewed by, Workflow step, or how long it has been Waiting for.
  • Select a response to view the details and history of the response, or to recall the response if you no longer need the respondent to edit and resubmit.

Actioned 

Forms

Forms move to Forms > Actioned after an Admin publishes or declines them. Admins can:

  • View the forms listed with the Form/Workspace name, who the form was Actioned by, the Action Date, the Action Taken, and any Notes included.
  • Search for a specific form or workspace.
  • Filter the list using the Date you actioned drop-down menu.

Responses

Responses move to Responses > Actioned after you review them. Reviewers can:

  • Search for a response or filter by the Date you actioned the response.
  • Select the column headings to reorder by Receipt number, Form name, or Current workflow step.
  • Select a response to view the details and history of the response, including any internal comments and office-use-only data added by subsequent reviewers.

You cannot adjust an action for a response once it has moved to the Actioned tab.
