Allow support to access your responses

This is an account owner task

By default, OpenForms support staff do not have access to your organization’s responses.

If you lodge a support request that requires us to view responses, we will ask you to grant us temporary access to those responses. 

To allow support access:

  1. Go to Account > Security
  2. Under the Support access heading, select Allow access

  3. We’ll let you know when we no longer need access and you can deselect this setting
