Only account owners can see and change organization details.
Change your organization details

In your Account menu go to Account.

Select the Organization panel.

Make any changes you need to the following details:
- Organization name
- Timezone
- Contact phone number
- View the list of Account Owners (if you need more information about changing account owners, see our Manage users help topic.)

Save changes when you’re finished.
How the timezone is used
Use the timezone configuration to control the display of dates and times throughout the OpenForms interface and generated files. If you find that the time displayed when viewing form responses in OpenForms or the details exported into excel and pdf files is not what you expect, then it is advised to check the timezone setting.
By default when your organization is created it will use either Central US or Australia Eastern Standard time depending on your location.
