Embed your form in a site

Share your form at any time by sending people a link directly or embedding it in your site. You can embed your form while it’s still in draft mode if you want to test it, or you can wait until after you’ve published it.

Open your form from Forms and go to Settings > Print and embed. Copy the HTML code from Embed this form in your website, and paste it into your website.

If you're embedding your form into an OpenCities site, here's where to paste the embed code.

If you're embedding your form into another website, make sure you paste it into a content area that allows HTML.

Your form will be displayed as part of your webpage.

In some cases, the webpage won't allow the form to be fully displayed. Instead, you'll see a link to open your form on a separate page:

Even when you have your form embedded in your site, you can still send people a link that goes straight to the form whenever you want to be more direct. Once you’ve got the responses you need, get started on analyzing them.

If you want to use information from your webpage to fill in the fields on your embedded form, check out our developer help.
