View Plan Payments

This is an Account owner task for organizations on the Team or Enterprise plans.

Account owners can access the full list of paid, unpaid, or outstanding invoices by:

  1. Select Account from your user profile menu.

  2. Go to Payments.

  3. The list shows your invoices sorted by date, with the most recent at the top. Invoices are listed with the:
    • Invoice No.
    • Date Issued
    • Status – Outstanding invoices are invoices that we’ve tried to initiate a direct debit payment, but it hasn’t worked.
    • Amount
  4. Select an Invoice No. to view the Invoice details.
  5. Select the download icon to download a PDF version of the invoice.

Long-term OpenForms users can view invoices issues prior to 28 June 2018, by selecting Previous bills from the user account menu.

View Invoice Details 

Selecting an Invoice No. will show you the Invoice details. The details include:

  • The invoice number and Status. Outstanding invoices are invoices that we’ve tried to initiate a direct debit payment, but it hasn’t worked.
  • The Date issued and Service period.
  • Your Purchase order, if applicable.
  • Your plan name and any discounts.

  • A break-down of total costs, including:
    • Your subscription cost, or Forms cost if you’re on an Enterprise plan; select Expand details to see the full list.
    • The cost of any Add-ons; select Expand details to see the full list.
    • Any applicable Discounts or credits.
    • Applicable GST.

You can also select the Download PDF button to save a PDF version of your Invoice details.

Make a Payment 

We use a direct debit system to process most plan payments, so the card details you enter in your billing details will be automatically charged on the due date of the invoice. Please ensure you have the necessary funds in that account by the due date.

If there’s a problem processing the payment, the invoice status will be Outstanding and we will retry at a later date. The postponed date is listed in the invoice details.

Enterprise plans offer the option to make manual payments by transferring the correct amount directly into our account. If you have opted for this, you can go to Account > Payments > invoice > Download PDF and find the due date, payment, and account details at the bottom of the PDF invoice. It might take a few days for the invoice status to update from Unpaid to Paid while we process your payment.
