Only account owners can change plans and add-ons.
If your plan doesn’t fit you quite right, you can change it at any time.
To see your current plan and add-ons, go to Account > Plan.
If you'd like to update your plan at any time, select Update your plan and tell us a bit about what you're after.
If your organization is approaching or has exceeded a data or response quota, form authors and admins will also be given the opportunity to request a plan upgrade from the Forms area. Our support staff will contact the account owner to discuss any way we can help.
