Send Extra Details to Your Payment Gateway

This is an Admin task.

When you add a connector, you can choose to send extra transaction details to the payment gateway when form responders make a payment. We'll always send the receipt number as the payment reference and your staff can view this information in reports from the provider.

Not all gateways let you send additional details. For those that don't, please ensure you review the process for financial reconciliation with your finance team.

The details you choose to send will be the default settings for all forms using that payment gateway. To send different details per form or details based on a field response, you must make those changes to individual forms in the payment field settings.
