Add a header and footer to the printable version of your form

Enterprise plans

The printable version of your form sets everything out so it will look great if you print it. Just like with PDFs, you can add a header and footer to the printable version to give the printed form context.

Open the form you want to change from Forms, and go to Settings > Print and embed. Open Printable version header and footer and enter the text you want. Save your form, and your new header and footer will appear on all the printed pages.

How many lines/characters can I add?

You can add as many lines and characters as you want, but headers and footers look best when they’re one line of text. We suggest you stay under 80 characters for each.

Don’t forget that there are heaps of other ways you can change the design of your forms. Check out the other Design help topics and keep exploring OpenForms.
