Copy a form

Having a copy of a form can help if you want to test some changes without losing the original version. It’s also great if you want to share the same form with two groups of people, but want to keep the responses separate.

There are two ways to copy forms.

  1. In the Forms screen, select Copy from a form's '...' menu.

  2. You can also create copies from old versions of forms, using the form History tab.

Whichever method you use, you'll see a pop up window prompting you to give the copied form a name and assign it a workspace.

If you want to get rid of the original version, check out how to Archive or delete a form.
